Before You Reach Out
Frequently asked questions
1
How many hours a week does this take?

For a company under 50 people, plan on roughly 10 hours a week of Anthos's time. Above that headcount, hours are scoped case by case during the Business Assessment, once the actual need is clear.

2
What size company do you work with?

Companies of any size. Fit isn't about headcount, it's about whether the engagement makes sense, which is exactly what the Business Assessment step is for.

3
How is this different from hiring a consultant?

A consultant hands you a way to do something and leaves the implementation to you. Anthos builds it, trains the person who'll own it, and stays through the bugs that only show up once it's actually running, then hands it off to a named internal owner. A retainer can continue for as long as it's useful, but either way, Anthos never goes on payroll: it stays an external partner, not a permanent hire.

4
Are you currently taking new clients?

Yes. Anthos works with 4–5 clients at a time, by design, so every engagement gets real attention instead of being spread thin.

5
Do you offer ongoing or retainer work?

On request. If coverage is needed between builds, or before the company is ready to hire, Anthos will take a retainer and step in as interim COO, fixing what's broken and coaching management in real time. It can continue for as long as it's useful. It's never a path to a full-time seat: Anthos stays an external partner throughout.

6
How are engagement timelines scoped?

Every timeline is custom, scoped after the Business Assessment based on team size and engagement type. As a reference point, a 30-person team taking on a full restructure typically takes about a month to get established and moving.

7
What happens if the engagement doesn't work out?

You still walk away with the completed assessment and a full report on what didn't work and why, so nothing is wasted. In practice, the only things that derail an engagement are outside forces, budget cuts, or leadership pushback, not the work itself.
